I can only help with the laundry detergent I love Tide with bleach alternative. I have three kids and It’s gotten everything out they’ve gotten into. If you want to “kick it up a notch” add some oxy-clean that stuff really works and I use it all over my house also. It’s great on carpet and general cleaning too.
